We work with the manufactures warranty to make needed repairs!!! P. Green Enterprises has taken many measures to make the repair process both accurate and efficient. All unit information is tracked through our computer based program. This allows us to supply reports detailing repairs. The information can be accessed by the location name, serial number or repair tag number.

• When you call in for service, a service order is created with your information.
• We send our driver to pick up the units(s), at no charge to you.
• The driver fills out the service order with the information from your unit(s). 
• A repair tag is issued with a tag number that will follow your unit through the repair process. 
• Our licensed technicians then diagnose the unit(s).
• If under warranty we order the parts immediately and make the repairs as soon as we receive the parts.
• On out of warranty repairs, you will receive notification, via fax or email, with the option to repair, scrap or return the unit.
• Upon delivery you will receive a delivery sheet with the repairs documented.

 Our weekly service routes allows us to service those through out S. Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma!!
